Possibility to reactivate canceled direct debit mandate and change mandate scheme for an already existing mandate

Hi everyone, 

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a possibility to re-activate a canceled mandate by mistake?

Additionally, is it possible to change the mandate scheme of an already existing mandate?

    Hi TeodoraS,

    To my knowledge, reactivate canceled direct debit mandate and change mandate are not allowed.

    You would have to create a new mandate and invoice document if the previous was cancelled.
