Microsoft Customer Voice isn't letting me select environment for the Project Creation

Hello!
I'm working on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, and there was need for sending out Survey to customers, but when I opened the Customer Voice App, its' showing me warnings like:

"You can start building as soon as Dynamics 365 setup is complete. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s done." and
"Your project is in the default location while the Dynamics 365 setup is in progress. You’ll be able to use all available features soon."

Its' been almost 24 hours and still, its' showing these warnings and it does not even let me choosing the Environment while creating project. It skips the Project's Location/Environment page and just create a project. I even set up "Send Customer Voice Survey from Dynamics 365" App in my Sandbox environment.

Can someone let me know, how or when it will be resolved and I'll be able to customize the surveys?

I have the same issue since now several days. I tried already to re-deploy Customer Voice from the D365 Admin Center but nothing happened.
