Segments in Outbound Marketing Not Pulling New or Existing Contacts

When we try to make a customer journey live, it gives us an error and makes the status of the customer journey as error. When you click into the static segment, it is giving us a /502 - Bad Gateway/ error. When you click into the dynamic segment, it shows there are 352 members but on the Members tab, it says no Data Available. When I try to create a new static segment, it says /segment is being provisioned/ and will not let me add anyone. 
 
When a contact is supposed to be added to a segment, they are not. Any ideas?

    We have analyzed the information you have provided and in our experience in general /502 - Bad Gateway/ indicates that the server is receiving invalid responses from upstream servers while acting as a gateway or proxy. This could be a problem within the application.
     
    Additionally, we have noticed that you are also having issues with dynamic segmentation and that you are getting errors when trying to put /Customer Journey/go live. Would you be able to provide more information about this issue? For example, detailed error messages, screenshots etc. This will help us to better pinpoint the cause of the problem and come up with a more effective solution.
