I am new to D365. What is the best way to do integration with third party in D365. Can someone point me to right direction?

There are various integration options and it will give you starting point.
Are you looking something specific type of integration? If you are looking to just read/write data from/to D365 then data entities can be used. OData can be used for less volume. For large volume OData is not recommended.
Thanks Khushal. I'll look at OData and entities. For basic testing, I just want to read/write from outside to D365.
