Budget Code not appearing in Management Reporter

I was trying to generate Budget comparison report in Management Reporter but it was not showing data. When I investigated I found the budget is disappeared in Management Reporter and while selecting the Book attribute, Budget Model/ code is not appearing. Before it was working fine. I tried all possible ways to stop and start integration services but failed. Finally I rebuild Data Mart and even re-installed MR completely but budget codes not appearing.

I suspect that when I had budget in one company and it was working fine but since I created budget in another company, this problem appears but not sure if the problem related to this.

Following are two different models in 2 different companies I have.

I have cleared the Cache but same issue

I am running Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 - CU8 and my Management Reporter is 2012 CU-16

Any clue if I am missing anything

    Have you checked the logs in the configuration console?

    Also, Please check LCD for available hotfixes.

    In log nothing such found. Just now I checked and I found Budget code for one company but other not appearing, Before all budget codes were disappeared or not appearing

    I would suggest that you open a support case with the MS team before trying to execute some code or modifications to the MR.

    Ludwick,

    I have a very bad experience with Microsoft team. First they took very long time for a case but sometime they do not reach to the point. last time I had issue with MR 4 years before and Microsoft took almost a month and but could not even reached to nearest. I solved it my own.

    Hi Ahsan Minhas,

    If you don't want to make use of the MS support then you are basically on your own to dig into and fix this problem.

    I would nevertheless open a support ticket because it is included in your subscription and does not cost you anything extra.

    Hi Ludwick

    As told before I had bad experience before also. Let me explore some more possibilities and if nothing works then I will get back to Microsoft.

    Also currently we are not in enhancement plan therefore this is another hurdle for me to reach to Microsoft

    I opened MR report column and found no budget code is coming in the Book code / attribute. 2 days before it was appearing for one company but now no budget code was appearing. I entered budget code manually Report give me following error

    I run the report and found budget value appearing. I repeat the same for other company and found budget values appearing and reconciled even.

    It means if budget code is not appearing doesn't mean no budget transactions in MR. This could be a bug in MR that codes appears and disappears but transactions remains there
