We did figure it out. It was put in a batch instead of booked. Thank you

This would be a third party product which I believe is from Nodus. I won't be able to speak on this as I don't know the product.

When you say Unprocessed, what are you referring to?
Is it Credit Card Cash Receipt sitting in work?
Where are you seeing a status of Unprocessed?
Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?
