Reset MR Report Error show No such host is known

Hi, I'm trying to reset MR Report by following this Management Reporter 2012 – Reset Data Mart, but after I fill in that information and reset, it pops below error message,
 
 
and after I check the Deployment Log and it show,

 
Please advise how to solve this issue,
