Creating unique custom field?

Hi all,

Can I get some help on how to create a unique field for contacts, accounts and opportunities? I'm trying to export all my fields and mark them appropriately before cleaning up the data.

On a different note, how do pull out the owners from the advanced find view?

    Alternate key can be used to define unique column
