One of our customer has this problem were one line disappear and reappear in vendor ledger entrie :
[View:/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/758/IMG_5F00_7660.MOV:320:240]
Does anyone has an idea where this problem come from ?

Is there any customization done in table or page of Vendor ledger entries?
if yes kindly uninstall your extension and follow the same steps and see if you are able to recreate this error.
if there is no customization then can you let me know what is the localization and version of your Business central?
