The preview screen of my SSRS report which contains about 16 records is always shown in single page.
It displays in multiple pages when exported as PDF file.
Is it possible to break pages in preview mode too instead of one long report preview?

Preview is just supposed to give you a rough indication of how it will look like when rendered, and there is no pagination as far as I know. I'd say you will only see the result of multiple pages once printed, like you have experienced.
