1-How much is the approximate cost of the upgrade for new version of our ERP retail business from 2012 to 365 MS dynamics ??

2-Does Dynamics 365 come with security and data save solutions of Microsoft ?

3-If we continue with our ERP system 2012 for now, then How much the cost of the security and data save solutions of Microsoft??

4-How much the cost of 365 Office programs “premium & standard for almost 200 users ??

5-How can I get List of recommended Microsoft partners in Saudi Arabia?

Just please, if you can help in any of these questions that would be great ..

    Hi Hayat,

    On this forum, we can't provide any information about cost. It would be the best to find a partner in your region using the next link: www.microsoft.com/.../search

    On the next page. you can find information per product for security, trust, privacy: www.microsoft.com/.../product-overview

    If you found a partner in your region, it would be the best to talk with them for an assessment to be able to estimate the cost for an upgrade as this is dependent on the features you are using and how much customizations are involved.

    In addition to what Andre already shared, here some further notes:

    For 1:

    This question cannot be answered without having more information about your business, your processes, etc.

    Probably have a talk with your previous implementation partner who might be able to give you a rough estimate.

    For 2:

    In general yes but you don't provide much information on what security features you look out for.

    I would recommend that you have a look at MS docs for a deeper investigation.

    For 3:

    That question cannot be answered without having more information about your system and security needs.

    For 4:

    I think that you can calculate this yourself based on the information here:

    www.microsoft.com/.../compare-all-microsoft-365-products-b

    You will need to specify what office365 license you need but can use this site to get a number calculated.
