Client id and Client secret for MTD UK VAT

Whether the Client id and Client secret will be pre populated while setting up web application for Production with respect to MTD VAT or client must go to HRMC website and fill in the client and secret manually. For my client the client id and secret is not getting pre-poulated can some one guide me regarding this

    I don't think so. You need to get in from HMRC developer Hub.
