Forms results in XLS format missing

Hi,

After my forms pro have been migrated to Customer Voice I can no longer export responses in XLS format. Only CSV is available which is very problematic as I have responses from multiple countries that are using different alphabets that are not supported to CSV. Additionally, while downloading the export additional empty columns are being added with no entries. Is anyone facing same issue? Is there any way to create exports exactly in same format as it was done in Forms Pro?

I would appreciate any help as this is very urgent.

We switched to csv for better scalability and performance. The CSV should support unicode character. If there is any issue with the format, please raise a ticket to the Microsoft support or contact us at customervoice@microsoft.com with your survey URL and sample csv export for us to investigate.
