Hello Team,
We have been facing issues with Dynamics 365 CRM version 8.2 when loading forms after the December 2020 security update rollout.From the console we see a 400 (Bad request) Error, while the form gets stuck at "Loading business logic".
Kindly assist.
Hi Patrick,
You can go Setting > Administration> System Setting>General > User legacy form rendering to make it yes.
You can also try to refresh page that meet error.
Then you can use another browser or clear cache or privacy mode of browser to load again.

Thanks for your answer. Did this and it partially worked. However, at the case resolution level, users are unable to resolve/close the case. The buttons are unresponsive due to a JavaScript error. Could there be any step I am missing?
And the new question isn’t "Loading business logic", you need click ‘Yes’ to close the thread if the answer is useful and create new thread for the new error.
You need provide screenshot about new error you meet if possible.
