Dears,

Please note that i imported wrong accounts into a specified COA but unfortunately i am not able to mass delete all accounts, only one by one is available.

Kindly advise if someone faced this issue using D365 and can help.

regards,

Elias

    Hi Elias,

Have to tried making use of the Excel Addin which allows you adding new and deleting existing accounts. I believe this is the fastest way to achieve what you want.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Elias

    Try to select:

    1. Organization administration > Setup > Office intergration > Excel workbook designer

    2. Select entity "MainAccount"

    3. Select all available fields

    4. Create workbook

    5. Download

    6. Open Excel

    7. Delete the wrong main accounts

    8. Publish

This process should be able to delete main accounts that are not selected in a configuration.

    Kind regards

    Sten

    Hi Elie,

Can you see the D365 Excel Addin when you export your data to Excel?

    Something like this here?
