Hi - we're seeing huge delays on our customer journeys, for example it's taking over 5 hours for a triggered event registration email to get sent.
This doesn't seem to be just the numbers getting updated as I have tested with my own email address and email has still not come through (over an hour ago). Possible related (and I raised on separate board) is data imports seem to be taking a similarly long time to process, again over 5 hours for a file of 50 records or so.
Anybody else experiencing these issues. Have raised with our admin who said service status shows ok, but this clearly does not appear to be the case for our instance.
