Can't see who liked a post

Hello,

I can't see who has liked the post, only how many.
I can't find much online about the like button, but the little I can find states that clicking the counter should show more names (Activity feeds in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises) | Microsoft Docs), however this is not true in my case. 

Any suggestions about how this can be fixed are much appreciated.
