Hello Everyone,
I am having a duplicate detection rule defined on Lead Entity.
FirstName, LastName, Email & Customer-Type(custom field - Optionset) - All Exact match.
Now, We set Customer-type field value using Business rule which is having Entity level scope and I also verified it is working at the time of data import.
Now during data import First Name, Last name & Email do have values but Customer-type is not having any value (It will get value via Business Rule). If there are duplicate values still it allows importing new records. I have already enabled duplicate detection on Import data.
So, Is there anything I can do to solve this ? Kindly let me know suggestions or alternative ways.
