You can create a new permission set (or role, depending on the version you are using).
Add permission for table 27 to the permission set.
Set a Security Filter on the field that defines your Item e.g. Inventory Posting Group.
You might have to adjust the other permission sets so not to override the one you just set up.

Hi. Not possible as permissions assigned to a table and both belong to table 27. But you can do via coding and, say, boolean field on the user setup table.
