Hi Beratung,
I've not seen this error, when exactly did you receive it? What did you do to try and 'activate' the workflow?

I created the workflow and saved it successfully. Then I went back in and changed to the status to Activated, hit save, and after about 15 seconds got the error.
I get this same error message when on the WorkFlow Website I go to Administration>>Select Workflow Type to Use
I put a check mark in Purchase Order Approval and put an individuals name in as Manager. As soon as I click on Save I get the error message ofcourse with a different Correlation ID.
Thoughts??
Sounds like Workflow was not activated in the correct order. You need to activate Workflow in the Admin site, then in GP and then enable a specific Workflow type. Also try stopping and restarting the Microsoft Dynamics GP Service service.
