Hi,

In Transportation module , Iam performing LOAD PLANNING WORKBENCH. After assigning all the required details I click on RATE, the rate engine is started, I get the best rate and I able to assign it as well. I also get the info log message that the rate is updated.

Now I click on ROUTE to get the best route details. The route engine is started and the status bar shows it is working. Now after this I do not get any route. But get an exception that "Routing guide could not be found"

I have created a routing guide in TM > Setup > Routing > Routing guide.

But still not working. Can any one help.

This blog entry's comments suggests your setup for route guide or shipping template is incorrect, must be missing some values. vgrandhi.wordpress.com/.../a-flight-plan-for-tms

If you cannot find what is missing, then a System administrator might double click the error message to go to the code behind, and then use the Debugger to step through the validation logic and identify the root cause. Please note that they should not debug in Production.
