    Hello

Create workflow to send an email.

    www.azamba.com/.../

You can trigger workflow on field change , create custom two option field and set this field value to yes on button click and use this field as trigger in your workflow.

Add condition to check if value is yes then send an email and update the value to false once email is sent.

You can call the workflow from the custom button.

Just add a New button on the ribbon and call the workflow, when clicked on the button.

Also you can run the Power Automate flow as well as workflow as on demand that means this flow or workflow will be visible to the users and when they will click on it, it will run.
