    Hi Wes,

how does your work template look like. We direct the split between full pallets and less than full pallets through work templates and the directive unit. In addition we have a location directed that directs the user to different locations depending on the unit.

And it goes without saying that your unit conversion needs to be correct

    Dear Negendra

    my unit calculation below.

it's look confuse meaning between "from" and  "to"

it's should be from Pcs. to LP (smallest to largest).

    Thanks for advice,

    HI WB,

For the Unit conversion which you have set, Have you calculate for units from the above menu, Double check whether the calculation is same as your expected result, If not there is something wrong on the formula calculation.

    Thanks

LP is not really a unit. It could be, but it limits the concept of it. You could have a "pallet" unit, but a License plate could easily be 5 pallets worth of items. License plates are just a tag for any given quantity of items unrelated to the given units...

Even if you limit to one "LP" your License plate could be 69 or 1000 pcs of the item.

Could you show me the on hand inventory of the pallet your picking from and your work transaction in inventtrans?
