Isuue in importing or exporting data entities

I got an error while importing or exporting any entity in data management all of entities are failed in my cloud environment

How can I fix this error to export or import entities ?

Installed product version : 10.0.37 (10.0.1725.73)Installed platform version : Update61 (7.0.7068.99)

If it's a development environment, I would start by checking whether Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations: Data Import Export Framework Service is running.

Hi Menna,

The mentioned error is a generic service error. You can go to the Data Import/Export Framework Parameters and validate the service account access on the General tab page. Let us know if this if working correctly or not.

There is no specific error message that can be located in the screenshot. You can check whether there are format errors in your imported file. In addition, you can also check the data import and export framework parameter settings according to this document. Data import/export framework parameters - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn（ In this parameter, there is a Create error file option. When enabled, detailed information will be captured for troubleshooting.）
