+ icon of subgrid in not showing earlier it was showing but now it is not showing

while opening in the power app the + icon is there but it is not showing in the form

Any help would be great!!

    Hi,

    Please try with below suggestion:

    1. Check the security role of user. It seems that you are on opportunity entity and wanted to add opportunity line item. So, may be user does not create privileges for same entity.

    2. open entity in ribbon workbench check if any customization done on same button.

    Thanks for the reply,

    we have checked the ribbon but there is no issue with the ribbon

    The button is not showing in the field service form but it is showing in the sale form

    Hi,

    first, check with Ribbonworkbench the + button property and disable the display rule publish, and check is it visible.

    If your issue with the Unified Interface then checks to enable and disable the rule. It must be empty. Publish it and check it.
