SyncToExternalSearchIndex managed property not enabled in the target CRM

Enabled CanEnableSyncToExternalSearchIndex & SyncToExternalSearchIndex properties in source crm 


Exported as a Managed Solution with other Entity Form changes and field changes and Imported in Target CRM, form and field changes are updated but relevance search changes highlighted in the above screenshot are not updated.
