Hi,

I've a report of purchase order which shows all the tracking of purchase order from Po to product receipt and invoice. Now in the parameter i've a checkbox Product Receipt and Invoice details. If user select the Product receipt checkbox then report should show only purchase order textboxes and product receipt. Invoice details in the report should be hide. Just like Ax is handling some inventory report. How can we achieve this ? What i'm thinking to add a checkbox in contract class and named as Product Receipt and invoice and on design level set the textbox properties on hide expression.

Anyone with better solution would be appreciable.

can you ever seen Inventory report? Physical Inventory by inventory dimension in Inventory Mang. > Reports > physical Inventory

Hi, Zohan

That is the possible approach to control the visibility of the textbox or section in SSRS report by user input. Moreover, User controls the report whether to show or not about the invoice details.

Having a flag and controlling would be the right choice and I would say best solution.
