Hello,
Our SQL logs ran into an OOM (Out Of Memory) exception yesterday and since then, four of our eighteen email queues have not received any emails. CRM did not alert us to this like it normally would ("This mailbox has been disabled"), and when we try to re-Test & Enable, it shows the alert of "The email configuration test is in progress." It's been this way for over an hour at this point.
There doesn't seem to be anything in common with the four mailboxes. Some of them even received an email or two during the OOM exceptions, but have not received any emails since the issue was resolved (which was resolved by freeing up space on the server).
Our email configuration is server-side synchronization. I've tried changing the owner of the mailboxes, changing the email address on the mailbox, disabling the box (which still showed the "The email configuration test is in progress" alert, despite being disabled). I failed to delete the box as I cannot dissociate the box from the queue, and cannot afford to delete the queues on a hunch.
Next step is a platform restart, I think.
