AX 2013 R3 CU8 - Error in POS - not open

Hello,

I’m having a problem "13000 - Could not load all external service modules" trying to open the POS.

The error occurs when the location is set to Brazil, when POS is set to the United States it works fine.

I’ve tried to copy the DLL "Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.TestConnector.dll" from the AX client to the POS, but it failed.

The configuration is OK too.

In event viewer:

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

Hi Nuno,

Thank you for your response, all applications are to CU8.

When is set to "US" locality POS opens correctly, the problem occurs only when the location is Brazil.

to enable POS for Brasil, it is required to setup additional settings in POS.exe.config, did you setup ?

Set up the POS.exe.config according to the Retail location of the manual for Brazil, also tried without changes and not worked.

Hi, in POS.exe.config, can you increase the trace level from error to info ? This will provide you more information. I don’t have a CU8, but in CU9 I didn’t have issues. Your plug in DLL for the Brazilian localization was updated to CU8 ?

HI Felipe

on Modern POS if you don't have at least the demo configuration for the EFT services, it won't allow you to connect and make it work. From your first event viewer i see that you have

Microsoft.Dynamics.Retail.Brazil.ElectronicFiscalDocument.Triggers.EfdApplicationTrigger.Initialize()

Don't know if you have check you have proper settings regarding Brazil Fiscal Document in the related Hardware profile. This is what i see could be the issue.

Hi Camillo,

Thank you very much for your help, but I'm using the EPOS.

I thank all who helped in this topic, the problem was happening because they were missing information of address on the unit operation of the retail channel
