Save sales invoices as individual pdfs

When creating sales invoices in GP, is there a way to save each invoice as an individual pdf? The invoices automatically get sent as individual pdfs to our customer's emails, but is there also a way to have these pdfs save to a local file on our drive. I know how to save all of the invoices in a single document through GP, but would like each invoice to be separate.

Hello and Thank you for your Post!

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a built in way to automatically print and save a copy of the SOP Invoices to PDF. I will leave the post up for the Dynamics GP Community to post on though, as there might be a third party product or customization out there that would potentially perform something like this.

Not sure if you're interested in a 3rd party solution to this. If so, our GP Reports Viewer product, has a new 'mass file' feature that can do this. It would require recreating your invoice report as a Crystal or SSRS report, which may have some other advantages anyway if you have a modified/customized invoice report. -

Hi,

I know this sounds cumbersome, but couldn't your re-print all the invoices once they have been e-mailed out thru a batch process and send them to a PDF output ?

I agree that a simple checkbox in GP to give the option to save an additional copy in PDF on disk would be nice when e-mailing them to customers.
