Linking Field Service to Business Central

Hi all, my first (defintely won't be the last).
I am currently sat in an end to end test of our new system prior to go live.
Creating a new customer account in FS doesn't seem to import (not immediately anyway) into Business Central.
Is there a way to manually force them to update each other?

    Use the "synchronise option" in Business Central on the customer list view or integration mapping table and select "get data from dataverse"
