File formats are not available in Data Management Framework

I am using Data Management Framework to export some data.

When I go to select target data format, it show an empty drop-down menu.

There's a default filter on drop-down. After clearing that filter drop-down remains empty and default filter applies again.

PFA screenshots for reference.

I am using a cloud hosted D365 environment.

    Yes you are absolutely right.

I installed this environment with demo data but this drop-down was empty.

Anyhow, thank you so much for your help. I have added formats from "Configure data sources"

If you install the environment with demo data, you'll have these formats there. If you decide to install it with an empty database, it will be empty.

If you restore a database with your data, you'll get what you've prepared. You also can export and import data, createa class initializing data or use any other technique.

It's all up to you and your requirements.

Do we have to manually set up formats every time when we create a new environment?

    Isn't it a default configuration?

I am facing this issue only on this particular environment.

It seems that you haven't set up any formats. Open Data management workspace, click Configure data sources and add some.
