Hello. So I work at a company where we do 40-60 sales calls a day and they are all logged into CRM in the phone calls option. When we put our notes for the day into the notes section of the phone call on the right and reschedule, the notes do not carry over from that previous phone call to the next phone call. We each have 300+ accounts we take care of so we need these notes to carry from one call to the next so we know why we're calling and what we need to focus on. We've been trying to get it to work for weeks, but for every one of my coworkers, they will not carry over. Any tips that I can pass on would be fantastic. Thanks.
