HI all,

We have a customer that has done a integration of CRM Sales with Business Central.

As part of the integration , the price is being pulled from the item card.

They are using the price to populate prices. Is there any way for the item card price to sync with the price list price?

    Hi,

If you are syncing Items from CE to BC so you will have update your Item Unit cost and Unit Price, but if you are looking the Price list sync separately with go with below image in Integration Table Mapping page.

    Thank you,

It looks like this customer has more customisation done. A simple data mapping is not possible . I handed to a developer to look at.

Thank you for your input although.

    Kind regards,

    Andreea

    Hi Nitin,

    Nice to meet you.

I enabled that syncronizacion but nothing is automatically synced. I have to manually go to the Pricelist and manually match to an existing Pricelist in CRM. Also, no Price list items synced also.

When i check job queue entries i found:

there are no field mapping rows for the integration table mapping name plheader-price in the integration field mapping table.
