Hi Expert:


Can someone help me with my issue?

We don't encounter any issue previously when we created a new product but unfortunately when we did it today we are getting an error saying that "one or more products cannot be released. Validate open product releases in the Open product releases form to identify the  reason and try again". 

Went through the open product releases but it doesnt help

Your help will be appreciated

    This is generally when you have any mandatory value missing while releasing.

    When you click on Validate, does it gives you any error? any message? please share details of that?

    ALso, do you have multiple legal entities for same product? If no then you can create product directly on release product form, no need of release then

    Hi Saurabh:

    Thanks for the info.

    The problem is that when we validate the new product it doesn't give us the message. We only know it once we go to the released product to locate it and to enter all the other information needed.

    We are getting the below message

    We have multiple legal entities and some of the products are being shared.
