I need help in "Architect a Table Layout " using some of tables in Navsiion 2015

I am using the following tables:

Customer
Item
Item Ledger Entry
Location
Purch. Inv. Header
Purch. Inv. Line
Purchase Header
Purchase Line
Sales Comment Line
Sales Header
Sales Invoice Header
Sales Invoice Line
Sales Line
Sales Shipment Header
Sales Shipment Line
Salesperson/Purchaser
Ship-to Address
Planned Production Orders

I need to use some of the field names in each of the above table names ( e.g. No, Document type, Code etc)

I need to make  relationship between these tables. Which table should be used as "Base"?

Which software tool should I use to architect the table layout?

    You need to design the table in DW as per requirement and based on that table you need to write a program to insert the values

    Its completely depend on your requirement

    Requirement are as shown below:

    Company's data is in MS nav 2015 but now manager wants to use only few tables which are used the most like shown above (customer, item, purchase order,etc).

    After the DW is done , then the reporting part can be done easily using Power Query and Power BI.

    I am still stuck in the first part. I thought it's just like star schema or snowflake schema but my manager refused.

    He just told me to "Architect Table Layout" . I have never done that before.

    Like in customer table I will select only  the following field names :

    Name

    Search Name

    Address

    City

    Post code

    It is completely depend on requirement and based on that decision need to made which table will be base table aa table mention here have some relation in between

    If you can let us know what is your actual requirement and the issue you are encountering we can help, the requirement you posted is vague.
