How do I change language in Power Query User Interface in CI-D?

I am using Power Query Connectors and local language in Customer Insights - Data. However, the Power Query Editor still appears in english in spite of this. And there is no File-Optons meny choice available when using PQ inside the connector. And the option menu only allows to change locale, not language. Any idea on how to set the language?
