Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement in Allocation, let me try to explain with an example.

I have a allocation rule setup for Rent account with Specific dimension combination.

Now lets assume I have posted 10 transactions to rent account with the set dimension criteria. Now when i run allocation process, system will pick all the 10 posted transaction. But the requirement is that I need to exclude few transactions and run the allocation process.

Any suggestions.

Hi Bharath,

What is the exact condition for excluding some transactions? Are you able to define that in the criteria for the allocation rules? Can you provide a real-life example?

Hi Bharath,

As far as I understood, you want to exclude the transactions from same set of posted transactions, which means system cant place any logic, unless you change the process for those transactions by adding a different dimension.

If you cant change the process, I would advice you to exclude manually before posting it.
