Lead form submission error

Hi, I can see this error message after lead form submission. I have a consent checkbox on the form, the lead can be created, please advise if there is any impact.
 
Error: Consent submission processing failed due to invalid submission format. Ensure that the form is using the correct FormLoader script

    Hi, if I remove the consent checkbox from the form, then it worked fine.  I am using standard profile, and I am not sure why, any suggestions?

    1. Consent Field Mapping Issue

    • Check if the consent checkbox field is correctly mapped to a field in Dynamics 365.
    • If it's mapped to a custom field, verify that it has the correct data type (Boolean/Two Options).

    ✅ Solution: Go to Power Apps > Tables > Lead > Columns and verify the consent field's configuration.

    2. Incorrect Data Format in Submission

    • The system may expect a boolean (true/false) value, but it might be receiving a string (e.g., "Yes"/"No").
    • Some standard processes enforce specific formats, and incorrect data types can cause errors.

    ✅ Solution:

    • Ensure the checkbox value is correctly submitted as true/false instead of a text value.
    • If using custom scripts or Power Automate flows, check how the value is being passed.

    3. Required Consent Fields Missing

    • The consent field might be linked to another required field that is not being populated correctly.
    • Dynamics 365’s compliance features (like Marketing preferences) may require additional fields that are not being set.
