At our organization we customized the form of the outbound segments and added a couple of fields to the form and we do some actions based on those fields.
We are also transitioning to real time and we want to do the same thing for the form of the RTM segments. The problem is that if I go and edit the form of the RTM segments entity (msdynmkt_segment) it says that the forms are managed and are not customizable. We were already able to customize the form for RTM Journeys, Emails and Forms. Even though editing these RTM forms was not very intuïtive, it was possible.
There is also a 'custom form' section on the RTM segments form in the settings section when you are making a segment (as shown in the screenshot below), which makes me think there should be a way. Does anybody know how to add fields here or maybe a way around it?
