Is the Kitting and Assembly Management in NAV 2013 part of BE license?
I think this can replace Manufacturing (and AM license) in simple production. So the project could be cheaper.

BRL linensing model doesn't exist in NAV2013. That means that there is not exist BE.
Instead BRL licensing model, now there is Perpetual Licensing model.
Assembly Management is part of Starter Pack. Starter Pack is the lowest and the cheapest license package. Starter Pack is "replacement" for BRL BE.

It depends of country. In my country (Serbia), proce for Starter Pack is 4.500 USD + BREP. Starter Pack include 3 concurrent users. Aditional users are 2.700 USD for full users and 540 USD for limited users.
