In-App Notification Dismiss All button not work for the user with non-admin role

Hi Expert,

The Dismiss all button on top area of in-app notification dropdown window.

////

The users with non-admin role, when they click the Dismiss all button, all the notifications are disappeared, but a few seconds after, all the same notifications come back. I have tried to assign the users Delete privilege of the tables: Model-driven app user setting and Notification, as well as Bulk Delete, screenshot as below

Now the button is still not working. Do I miss something or there are other methods can be used to fix it? Thanks

    Hi,

    In my testing, I copied the System Administrator role to a new role and then assigned this role to a user.
    When I log into the app with this user and an in-app notification is created.

    If immediately view the notification and click dismiss all.
    The notification disappears but comes back a few seconds later.

    However, when I click Dismiss All again, the notification won't come back.

    Best Regards,
    Dengliang Li

    Hi Deng Liang Li,

    Thank you for respond and your time for testing. As you said this issue is related with security role assigned to the non-admin user.  Finally I found the reason that cause the issue: the test account I used has different Business Unit with other real users, and unfortunately I assigned the real user Notification "Delete" access privilege level as BU. If I change the level to Parent-Child BU, even Org, the issue disappeared.

    Thank you again for your help.
