Hello, Im having issues with a PO, same PO appears as open and history, the PO is nowhere in Purchas order entry, it only shows as active, when I do the search in purchase order document.
I did reopened and closed the PO and still the same.
When you go to Edit PO's, what is the status of this PO? If it is closed and all receipts exist. you will need to delete the open using SSMS.

someone else helped me, otherwise I would have never know that the PO had to be deleted from the POP below.
SELECT * FROM POP10100 WHERE PONUMBER = ''
SELECT * FROM POP10110 WHERE PONUMBER = ''
SELECT * FROM POP10150 WHERE POPNUMBE = ''
SELECT * FROM POP10160 WHERE POP10160.PONUMBER = ''
then Delete
That will do it. May I suggest you run IV Reconcile to insure IV quantities are correct. Were you in the process of Removing Completed Purchase Orders when this happen?
