HI expert,
I have scenario as follow:
employee join on June 2021
after 1 year of service, he/she has eligible to get 21 days
I setup plan as shown below:
the scenario is:
On 31 December 2021, this employee is still probation period, after calculate accrual, the balance result was 12 month (from 21 days : 12 month X 7 months)
when generate on January 2022, the result balance carry forward become 10,5, it follows setup from menu above.
what customer want is 12 month balance on 2021 is only can be carried forward to 2022 only 50% (6 days). how to setup this requirement ?
