Show/Hide BPF stage based on field value

Posted on by 685

Hi community,

I'm working on a BPF in which there are 3 stages - stage1, stage2 and stage3.

I want to show/hide stage3 of BPF based on field value in stage2. We can add condition between stage2 and stage3, but to satisfy the other side of the condition there needs to one more stage(stage4). But I don't have a go ahead to add stage4. Request to please suggest a solution to achieve this. Refer below screenshot for more details.

Any help is much appreciated.

If I add a branch then It'll be mandatory to add stage, which I don't want to.

You need to create a branch so it follows a path without the stage required and comes back when needed, this should help https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/enhance-business-process-flows-branching
