Customer Ageing Report

HI Experts,

In Customer Ageing report, while setting the print destination as Email and run the report through batch process is not working and while running the batch manually its working.

Please suggest me the right way to achieve the same.

Hi Sona jee,

It sounds that something is wrong with your batch framework configuration.

Have you setup some batch servers and selected them when running the process?

Just check on batch Group (which you assigned your job) & Batch server Assignment , if you using batch group which has no batch server assigned then it wont work , also check Recurrence settings .
