No Preference Center Option

Hello - I'm trying to set up a new journey in Real Time Marketing for the first time and I seem to be missing a Preference Center and do not have the option to add one. I have the latest updates applied but I must be missing something else in the settings that will give me this option - here is what I'm currently seeing vs what I should be seeing :
