Is there any way to change the meta title for Knowledge Article Detail page?
I would like it to set the same value as article's title.

According to the following blogs, you could config it by OOB ways or craete a new web page with custom html.

It works for the web pages. However, I can't seem to find a way for KB Detail.
I'm assuming there's a OOB config somewhere but I can't really find where to configure it.
In the breadcrumbs section, it also shows the article number "KA-00XXX" instead of the article title.
I also saw this post: https://colinvermander.com/2017/06/08/dynamics-365-portals-customize-knowledge-articles/ It looks customized. If there's any easy way to just configure the meta title / breadcrumb active value, that would be helpful.
