Installation of two new back end servers and reconfig of existing full servers

Hi All,

I have a production environment with two full servers in the farm.

We are looking at adding two new back end servers, and then "stepping down" the existing full servers to be front-end servers. We will then have 2 front end servers and two back end servers.

Will this be possible by simply using the programs and features>reconfigure method, or are there potential traps I need to be aware of.
