Hello-

My organization does not use Travel requisition for expense reports. Is there a way to remove the Travel Tequistion fields from expense reports to it is not visible to our end users?

Request to remove fields:

  1. Map to travel Requisition
  2. Travel requisition amount

Removed from:

1) New expense report window

2) Expense report Header:

Additional information- field options are not available in:

Expense management parameters does not option to remove the field.

Expense > Setup > General > Expense reports fields

Expense > Setup > General > Expense field visibility (Expense reports re-imagined)

    Hey Mohammad Khan,

You can do it through personalization, as mentioned by Ramit Paul, and then you can publish it for all users and to all legal entities.

Thus, you avoid doing customization. Note, to publish to all users, as it references security roles, I recommend using the system user security role, because it's common to all users.

Thank you Ramit for the quick response. We need to remove for our multiple legal entities.

Is developer customization the best option to remove the fields to be visible for all entities and users?

    Hi,

No, these are standard fields and can not be removed, you can either convince the client not to use that field or you can personalize the fields and hide it.

    See I have done below.
